It's no secret that fitness has become an integral part of golf, especially in the last 20 years. If you'd like to learn more about how you can maximize your physical performance or improve your general well - being, we recommend Dr. Chris Daily, a former golf professional and instructor at SDGA.
About Chris Daily
Chris graduated with a B.S. in Finance & Economics from Coastal Carolina University (2010) prior to pursuing a career in coaching and playing golf professionally with an emphasis in strength & conditioning for rotary athletes. This eventually led him to pursue his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2019. After graduation he completed an intensive Orthopedic residency program (Aug 2019-Dec 2020) through the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) while developing a comprehensive golf program for the health care system. This allowed him to successfully sit for and complete his Orthopedic Clinical Specialty (OCS). Chris’s passion in the clinic is engaging with patients and empowering them to return to all of their passions and activities with a specific interest working with high school athletes and golfers across the age continuum. In his free time Chris enjoys golf, fishing, paddle boarding, cooking, hiking, and spending time with family & friends.
