Erica Britt is a passionate and skilled Director of Instruction at The Country Club of Wakefield Plantation, who has dedicated her life to sharing her love of the game with others. From a young age, Erica was immersed in the golf culture, starting her journey at just 6 years old. As a star pupil throughout her junior, high school, and college career, Erica earned numerous accolades and recognition, including winning player of the year both as a freshman and senior in high school.
After receiving a full scholarship to Florida State University, Erica continued to excel both on and off the course. Graduating with honors, she knew that her calling was to inspire and empower others through the game of golf. Her goal is to make her students better players while nurturing their love and knowledge of the sport.
Recognized for her exceptional talent and expertise, Erica has been voted as one of the top 50 instructors in the country for three consecutive years, making her an Operation 36 Master Instructor. Her teaching approach is individualistic and tailored to each student's unique strengths and abilities. Erica firmly believes that golf is not a one-size-fits-all sport and strives to create a personalized learning experience for every student.
