A highly respected performance specialist with more than 25 years of experience. Karen helps golfers move better, perform more consistently, and stay healthier throughout their careers.
With formal training as both a Podiatrist and Exercise Scientist, Karen brings a rare combination of clinical insight and high-performance expertise to golf. She co-founded Golf BioDynamics with Dr. Robert Neal and later worked at The Jim McLean Golf School in Miami, specializing in 3D swing analysis, biofeedback training, and golf-specific physical conditioning.
Her work has supported professional and amateur golfers, National Golf Teams, PGA organizations, and elite junior academies worldwide. She also spent a decade as Director of Health and Athletic Development at the International Junior Golf Academy at Bishops Gate, leading integrated programs focused on long-term athlete development, injury prevention, and performance optimization.
Her approach blends biomechanics, performance technology, movement screening, injury management, strength and conditioning, and sports nutrition. She holds advanced qualifications through the IOC, NSCA (CSCS), and ASCA, ensuring every program is evidence-based and athlete-centered.
Now based at Rio Pinar Golf and Rio Golf Academy, Karen works with athletes through both the academy and her independent brand, KH Performance, delivering personalized performance solutions designed to support sustainable success in golf.
